i am in f1 status and i recently applied for wrk permit through economic hardship and is still in prcoess. So now I am also trying to apply for tps but dont know if i can or not. I know I have to fill i-765, fee waiver and tps (i-821) form, but is there any other form need to be fill it up? What are other required documents for tps? I had lawyer for work permit before ,but unfortunately lawyer is not good , just took money and really delay in work. So, I don't wanna put lawyer this time and als don want to spend more money. So, is it better to do with lawyer so that it wont be risk or there is no diiference doing personally or with laywer? please help me with this anyne.
