Advance parole are valid for multiple entry. So, until the expiration date of your advance parole card, you can travel as many times as you want. I traveled twice myself using advance parole. Hope this helps.

Advance parole is a document to allow entry to US. So, if you want to visit any other countries, you still need visa of that country. But while returning to US, it doesn't matter where you are coming from. At port of entry, officers might ask you about the purpose of your visit to that certain destination though.
