My sibling (PR) wants to invite my parent to visit her in UK for few months. I am trying to help with regard to the process, and was wondering if I can get some direction/information as well as necessary documents that will be needed. I am doing some reading in the UK gov websites, and thought any advice/info will be helpful.
thanks

The document needed from UK:

1. payslips (at least 6 months)
2. bank statements (at least 6 months)
3. sponsorship letter for your parents.

it will take no more than 20 days to approve visa.

best of luck

You need to show documents from Nepal too. My mothers visa got rejected recently as she showed no documents from Nepal. I thought I am paying for the entire trip she would not need any docs. The reason given was: Although you state your sponsor intents to fund your trip you are required to satisfy me of your circumstances in Nepal. I have therefore considered your own personal circumstances separately from those of your sponsor".

Applicant must show strong tie with the country and demonstrate why then will return back.
Her visa was approved on second application after including bank balance, property documents etc with the application.

Hello Narayan, can you please tell me if you include Chartered Accountant (CA) report and Property Valuation Report from an Engineering firm when your parent applied for UK visa?
Are the English translated documents like Nepali laal purja, income source, etc. enough?
