I had some one pay my annual land tax (tiro) to VDC. It required them to personally visit the VDC with the Lalpurja, Now they are moving the location and will not be able to do it anymore. How can the annual tax paid in this situation? Any alternatives you are using specially when no one you know is there ?

Moving somewhere and can not do it? Are they moving to moon ? Then we must wait for the trip that is going to moon.
