I am PR holder. I filed i 130 for my spouse and PD was March 25, 2017. My case was sent to California service center, I haven't received any decision since then. I wonder why is it taking so long, although another service centers are far beyond California, anyone has any clue any idea about the delay. I have been checking the processing dates which is hanging around Oct and Nov 2016 since I am checking over a year. Thank you.

Hi Lights88, If your PD is May 25, 2016, then isn't your case pending for more than two years? I've been following the USCIS processing date for CSC as well for past several months and it's been lingering at Oct/Nov 2016. CSC processing time is lagging way behind other service centers. I hope it moves ahead faster. Please keep posted on your I130 application status. I will post mine as well.

Hi Nick77 thats was actually a typo. My PD was march 25, 2017. I will keep posted if there is something to share🙃
