The feedback to the user is given through audio, via bone conduction, without disrupting the userтАЩs usual auditory perception, and making the interface user.

Basically, the device listens to your neuromuscular movements and interprets that into sensible speech. Execution can then occur if a command was given. AlterEgo is a two-way device. It receives speech via neuromuscular movements and sends output to the user through bone conduction.
