you sure can!! should be no problem, one of my friend didnt apply TPS in 2015 at all, he applied December 2020, he got it

Hi I think he said that he was in college and was more focused on the study and he forgot to apply, he also said that he wasn't able to find a job and opt is expiring, so he applied for TPS to get a work permit if that makes sense
