What does this re designation mean ??? Everybody OR only who have filed TPs before only qualifies....

Re-designate means designating again to all from that country. For e.g., Yemen was redesignated means, those who came to US recently will also qualify along with older TPSers. I assume Nepal is not likely to get re-designation b/c of the circumstances in Nepal but you never know.

I agree with you .Since Nepal was hard hit by COVID-19 this year ....there is 10 per chance of re- designation. Let’s make every body legal. No human is illegal.
