Why do they ask for your name and phone no when you go for a hair cut @ Great Clips?

cause if they mess up and you start breaking their stuff, they know whose number to provide at the county office...

I give different names every time I go there but the same phone no. When I go back after a month or so, I forget what name I used and I end up creating another one. Kapal katna janda dimag kharab...

I find it pretty annoying too. Most of the places I shop, ask for phone number, name ekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk....
