I am not living there... I am planning to move there on Jan 1st, however, the decision has to be made as early as possible coz i have to get back to the agent... Parking is available in front of the house. I think utilities would be hardly about $50... max... including cable and all...
Just for heat, electricity and hot water.. should not be too much for 2 ppl.. its a small yet very nice apartment... i checked it and liked it... cozy... small but enough for 2 ppl. Aba baki utilities depends whether u want to have a land line phone, cable etc etc... but even then i would imagine $50.
