This is how I deal with it. Copy the whole email, hit reply to the sender and paste it.

if u beleive those words "ONE DAY LATTER YOU WILL GET A GOOD NEWS OR SURPRISE." then copy all those addresses from the very FW-mail and snet them all... If u give a damn about those words then its not a big deal...simply ,delete the mail.

I block those meails or never open them at all just delete them. Do not believe in such things.
