Madhav Thapa Killed, raped and abused fellow Nepalese also abused and beaten foreign doctors...this guy should be punished very severely...When i talked to some folks in Katmandu they said that people are very angry about this guy and he will have very hard time to save his life. People are looking for him, and I wonder how long he would be out of hands of people. It is the matter of time. Just months or days...he will be paying a huge price for all the crimes he is responsible for..
