this is very good news for those with masters or higher degree. I think this cap will remain open for sometime for masters people. May be 15 more days or so because most of the people who had job offer might had sent H1B application on 1st or 2nd day. There might be very few who did not do that. so, the remaining 7 thousand should last sometime.

let the ray of hope glow on.. u don't wann trust, DON'T.. atleast I DO.. and, most of us out here..do some research and bring some updates, rather than passing on ur judgement... check the door, USCIS might be coming up with the "press release" anytime.. what r u expecting next??? an official invitation for drawing out the lottery.. lol...

I've seen the pdf file confirming that master degree folks are safe. I tried uploading it here..but figured pdf's aren't allowed...

I don't see it on the official website though.
Our lawyer forwarded it to me but I don't know where the hell he got it from.
