My H1 B starts from October and in the meantime I have job offer from different company and they wants me to start in August. My OPT has expired in May 30th. Can anyone give me idea how I can convince my new company to work voluntary in the month of Aug and Sept and also My sponsered company put me on bench for 2-3 months when I had OPT, Is there an exception that I can transfer to New company without getting any payrole from sposered company. Please help me

I have a question along the same line. I am in OPT right now. I have been working at a company since last 6 months. My H1b starts in October. I got a better job offer from a different company? Can my H1b be transferred before it even starts? Please shed some light here. I asked this question a few days ago and some people here in sajha told me that it can't be done but I heard some rumors that it can be done. Thanks.

i guess u need atleast 2 pay stub before you can transfer the h1. thats what i heard please confirm it.
