Hello all,

0ne of my friend  has been in the states for more than six years illegally and is in despo need of travelling in near future.Since theres no chance of getting PR in near future in america, hes willing to move to Canada as well.

 but what are his chances of getting canadian PR since hes illegal in America?What are the basics of getting into Canada?Can he apply for asylum? i dont think asylum is allowed?

Any help will be appreciated....

Tell him to go here http://www.vivelacasa.org/ . They will help him to get in Canada. Anybody from Nepal will get refugee status in Canada up till now. Almost 99% get accepted.

 but i dont know if he  can still file for asylum since hes been here for so long....
