Hi, Does anybody knows about vst consulting inc in Iselin, NJ. I mean how well they are and will they do h1 even if u dont get a job by april 1. Suggestions are highy appreciated. Thanks in advance

All consultancies will hold your h1 till you get a job-(in general). However, no once can grantee how good it is.

Well if you don’t have a job they would not make you go back to Nepal because they can still make money on you (in future). However, they do it only for sometime. Say about 6-8 months. 'hold' = according to us laws you have to leave US if you don’t have a job for 60 days straight on a H1 visa.

They dint do that. Kind of security, but you are paying the bastards for it.

And yeah, I recruit for them don’t mean its mine. Its business. I make some they make some, you make some. At least I don’t give you to the predators.
