I have a driving history of 1 1/2 years here in US and 3 years in Nepal. I am looking for a cheaper insurance. Please do suggest. I am moving St Paul, MN Next week.

Not exactly sure which one would be cheaper in your case. Some time, in some state the insurance are too high and at that time its good to look for some unpopular local insurance company. But you can go online to Progressive, Geico and compare the Prices. I used to pay a lot when i had AAA, then saved some amount when Switched to Progressive and now i am with Geico and it seems to be the best deal for me among all. But one of my friend in North Carolina got a very high amount quote when he used geico and so he went to some local insurance company. So you may want to get a quote from different insurance company and look for the best. Also ask some one local to the area if there is any cheap insurance company over there. Good Luck
