Can I apply for EB2 while the application of EB1 filed by my husband is still pending? Both of us have to be listed in both applications. Thoughts and suggestions will be appriciated!

I don't see the reason why you cannot apply on EB-2. Since, your application will be seen as a separate application. So what if both of your names on the application? You both are working on your own H-1.

Sorry, I was messed up with EB1 and EB3. Here is the edited question. Thanks for your comment Explorer.
