Hello gentlemen and ladies,

I am a student who is about to graduate and get a job in Boston. I need a room as soon as possible.

I don't drink, don't smoke, don't gamble etc etc.

I can afford to pay up to $400 but definitely not more than that.

Please reply if you have a room available. I am currently living in Somerville, MA.
