I am renting a room (or two) in my 3 br and 2 bath spacious condominium in Bethesda until Feb 2010. The rent is $800.00 a month and includes all utilities, cable, wireless and parking. The living room has all the basic necessecities (including 40" HD TV). It is less than 5 minutes walk to the mall and restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The area and building is very safe and secure place. It also has a community pool.
