If someone's job description says that they need 5 yrs experience, but bachelors degree is ok. In that case, while filing for Green card, will it fall under EB2 category or EB3 ? Thanks...

In that case, if you have a bachelors degree + 5 yrs experience, then you can file under EB2 . Am I correct ?
