Hello guys/gals in switzerland

I needed to know if this university in switzerland is a good place to go to, what are the prospects of a degree from this place because it seems to expensive for a year of study, 23,000 a year!!!

plus its website which is www.cityu.ch and the website doesnot look credible to me, there are some agents in nepal, but i cannot verify if this is THE place to go... if you guys in switzerland would tell me a few things about this place, i would be forever so grateful...

Also, there is no physical address like US universities have and its web master directs to something in swiss or german that i dont understand...plus the whole visa thing is kinda weird, do people have to pay money to the university first and then the visa is guranteed? i dont get it, the whole thing smells fishy to me...
