One 10'x13' unfurnished bedroom (shared bath, shared balcony, private
phone line) available in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment on the ground
floor of a 3-story building. Current occupants are male professionals in
their 20s-30s, non-drug using.
The apartment is located in the Americana complex just off the
intersection of El Camino and 85 on the border between Mountain View and
Sunnyvale. The Americana boasts three swimming pools, including one Junior
Olympic Size, and an exercise room. There is a washer and dryer common to
each floor (shared by about 16 people). Parking is plentiful in the
Americana's parking lots, and Safeway and Lucky grocery stores are
located very close by. We're right next to 85 (very little highway noise),
237, and El Camino, with relatively easy access to 280, 101, Foothill
Expressway, and Central Expressway.

The room will be available October 1. We're currently on a month-to-month
lease.
