A roomate needed for a two bedroom apartment located in Courthouse Arlington, Virginia. 5 min. walk to the metro station, bus stop. great location with great sorroundings. walking distance to restaurants, bars, banks, grocery shopping and shopping malls. DC is literally cross the bridge.


about me: i am a single guy. i work in a restaurant as a bartender and a manager. i mostly work evenings. i am very friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with. i am also very neat and organized.


about you:  male or female. someone very clean and organized, friendly and likes to try new things in leisure time.


rent: $ 700 (includes all utilities, cable, internet). i have fully furnised living room with flat screen tv and fully furnised kitchen. all you have to bring is your bedroom stuff.

move in date: november 1st, 2009
