Guys, I have a question regarding B2 visa entry period after someone got the US visa. My mother has United States B2 visa stamped on Dec 21, 2009, is there any time frame she should enter in the USA ? She cannot enter until May 2010 because of her personal problem, Will it going to be a problem even she make that much late ? what is the rule about it ? Does anyone know about it ? Pls help I appreciate your help. Thank you, HK

As far as i know, in the visa stamping page there is a space where it is written 'ANNOTATION' if a date is mentioned under annotation you must enter the us before that date. if no date is mention you can enter the US anytime with a valid visa. good luck dude!!!!!!!!!
