Dear friend I am in F1 in US and I got DV lottery 2011 this May. The letter asked me to send 2 forms DSP 122 and DS230 (part I & II) to Kentucky Consular Center. But when I called KCC, they asked me to send only DSP 122 if I am in US with a legal status. I am confused with this forms. Please help me if anyone had previous experience.
