 Hi Everyone

I am in H1 Visa as a restaurant Manager  and Trying to change my job. I have completed MS in Accounting, took a training of Business Analyst and turned out as a Restaurant Manager due to the financial crisis and sponsorship. 

Do I have to file my H1 or just Can transfer my current H1 in Accounting Field.
Any opinion or experience would be highly appreciate!!

You can transfer anytime and is exempt from quota,
