I would like to sponsor my parents for visitor visa. We both (Me and my Husband) are in H1B and working full time. We have a baby. I have my own insurance. Baby is under Husband's insurance. In real they are not financially dependents on me.

Here I have question. Do I need to include my husband and baby as my dependents in I-134 form? If yes, Where shall I mention the annual income of my husband in I-134 form? Do I need to include his visa copy, H1B approval, I-94, Pay stub copies, W2 forms, Letter from his employer, bank statements?

In advance, highly appreciate your reply

Thanks.

looks like, your husband is working separately in his H1B visa status, then he is not your dependent.

If he is not dependent on you, how you'll show him on your dependent?=>  you don't need to show.

I would prefer, show your all visa, work and financial documents as a sponsor and your husband as a supporter if need any financial support.

good luck.
