This is from one of the congressman facebook. Look at this child with congress flag. In other photos in his FAcebook you could see tyres burnt .  He seems very proud of it and said , everybody from child to old man supported the bandha.

Society is f*d up because of the age old system which is not going to change anytime soon. Too much superstitions, chakadi, netabaaji, lies, poverty and turmoil.

Even if a handful of educated people like you and me want change, the majority still lives and breathes in the system, so nothing will change. In fact the system will eat us up. All we can do is watch and hope for the gradual change to happen a little faster through education of the children and through progressive thinking.

If we don't do our part in Nepal today, when we can....then it will be too late when it becomes like Liberia...in the video link I posted above. At that time, cursing it or crying will do nothing. So now is our chance to do something when we can...so we don't have to cry later.
