i had a green card through marriage interview today.  there was not much issues since me and wife have been together for 3 years but the dickwaad officer wants to see all my I9's from all my previous emplyoer. 
hamro kam garne biwasta sabai lai thai cha....tyo offcer wants to c ..the i9  to find out if i tick marked on  "u.s citizen". ani i didnt have any work permit. i think this time calls for me to lawyer up.

do u guys have any suggestions .? the officer gave me a paper which says " request for more evidence" with all i9(s). i asked all my freinds who did the same thing and no one has heard of such a thing.  i called most my previous employers and till now no one has been able to  locate it.
 plz help me out freinds

If they can't locate it, then u r not required to provide it.
It you quit that job 3 yrs ago, Employer are not required to keep i-9 older than 2 yrs after you quit.
