My wife is coming to US in H4 visa. She has MBA from Nepal and wants to find a job here as Business Analyst. Does she need to go to school for certificate or masters program to get a job? Or she can apply for job directly?

Now to the gorilla in the room, how should she proceed once she gets the job. First of all, if she is going through recruiters, will the company market her resume? If they do and she gets a project, legally she should be filed H1B petition in April and, if approved, can only start work in October. So how do you deal with all that mess. I am curious about knowing what other friends, here, will suggest.
