A person now working in OPT now apply TPS, then he is no more F1 student, can he apply H1B?

Yes anyone while in TPS can apply for H1B. There are 100k indians apply H1B from india every year, they dont have either F1 or TPS or any other status so TPS people can definately apply for H1B.

Someone want to go back to F1, he needs to go back home country for visa stamping after TPS, is that correct?

Not sure of that situation for I am on the same boat and filing 485, and my lawer told me there is no need for consular processing.The case might be different if you wanna transfer to F1 post-TPS, its better to talk to lawyer on this case.

n funny thing is now every status holder asking like F1 , can F1 apply for TPS , can H1B apply for TPS, can J1, B1/B2 , asylum case and all apply for TPS , if theres issue with any / every one of the status applying for TPS , why TPS might have come over in the first place...kosle chai apply garne ta .ohh i forgot to mention what about Out of status folk, even they now started to say "ohhh this is a plot , once they keep up in TPS they will send circulars of "deportations" >>> haha stop questioning everything and just do it !!!! it all fine .....
