I talked with one lawyer and he was saying that even if we leave F1 status now . if we do change of status before TPS expires then we can go back to F1 again. so he explained that usually they will publish notice of extension four month ahead, if extension is not published then we can immidetly file for change of ststus within TPS . can you guys conform with u r lawyer with this senireo. thanks
