Hi sajha mitra haru i am in a situation. Mero TPS ra EAD july ma approve bhayo tespachi maile mero F1 maintain garina .stopped going to school due to financial problem aahile maile thikka ko kaam paye so jan dekhi again school jana khojirako chu . Is it possible for reinstatemnt to f1 status from TPS

How long was your gap? Ma out of status vako 6 month vayo and i do have a job. Company le sponser garchu vaneko cha but with limited time and H1b as lottery base, I just wanted to keep f1 as back up option for next year. In case kei vayena vane I want to reinstate and go back to school. Being said that it will be year gap, so reinstate approve huncha ki hudaina hola? What was your situation, how long was your gap? can I contact you?
