I am planning to go to Canada this winter for visa renewal . I am in F1 status and my visa will expire in december . I am confused about the application process. Is that same like how we applied in Nepal ? What are the documents needed ? Which  city in canada has the US consular ? Is there any link online that we can take  the interview date ?

yes, its the same process as in Nepal...but I do not know if any nepali has done that for F1 extension...one of my kenyan friend did that but visa was denied. He was strucked in mexico...has to contact school and came back here again...I heard that he was strucked there for a month...I am also still waiting if any nepali has done this or not???

ice cop bro my visa expires in december end and i am planning to go at the begining of december. If somehow my visa is not granted than I will have a month left in visa and could come here . apprecite your idea .
