Namaste saathi haru.
The owner of my gas station says " you tell me the process, i don't have any problem filing H1-B for you".
Has anybody got or heard getting H1-B from a gas station. If so please tell me if it is possible.

I had read from some sources that 20% of the Indian consultancies were found fraud in filing H1B in the past. You can never work outside of your professional field whereas there is nothing translucent in USA.Taking risk may cost high. This is even not a consultancy, but a gas station !!
