Small front yard and back yard....Back yard is big enough for BBQ etc.
8 minute walk to Train and Bus station - Path train and many buses. 7 minute to downtown JC and 10 minute to WTC
Rent is 700 a month and includes all utilities, Internet, Cable and there is a possibility of having the room partially furnished......Would also require a security deposit of around 1000 bucks (landlord requirement)
I work in downtown JC. Like to keep space clean and quiet (most of the times)...write back if you are interested......Place is available from the beginning of Novermber....
