Sometime ago an article was posted in NYtimes, it was about a girl who was beaten and then hanged in front of her family. This happened in some part of nepal, out of valley, dunno where and I think the murderers were Maoists, could be the army too. Methinks the article was posted in sajha too, anyone remember, please post the article or a link to it.
