I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY CHINEESE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO REDUCE THE TENURE OF UN MISSION TO NEPAL BY SIX MONTH. ITS THE ONLY COUNTRY IN THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL TO PUT HINDRANCE NOT TO SIGN THE UN'S PROPOSED ONE YEAR MISSION TO NEPAL. THE F*KNG CHINEESE ARE TRYING TO SHOW THEIR POWER IN TERMS OF NOT SIGNING IN THE PROPOSAL. UN SECRETARY INCLUDING ALL MEMBERS HAVE AGREED THE PROPOSAL. THE COMMUNIST REPUBLIC OF CHINA MAY NOT WANT TO SEE THE COMMUNITST MOVEMENT IN NEPAL TO STABILIZE SO FAST............

I am not student of political science, so please bear with my comments and correct me if I made mistakes.
China is the only one neighbor who has nothing to do with political development in Nepal. Whether it was Magh 19 or Jestha 19. They have nothing to do with democracy. Instead they are afraid of that, it may spark the TIAN MAN Square Incident. Hence, you can easily guess what is their intension to hinder the Scecurity Council Resolution. If China does Veto to the proposal, it will affect the whole UN EFFORTS to help Nepal's Peace Process.
We Nepali always point out our Southern neighbor whenever something happens in Nepal now We have to think the ill intension of our Northen Mitra too.
