this is the beauty of technology. In this era of digital age, so called HAKIMS in Nepali Govt. offices should be aware technology can reveal their endevours - BEWARE and BECAREFUL! even though technology made its way to Nepal slowly i.e. we are still behind other countries, nonetheless, we should be able to witness such incidents more in coming days. i would like to thank 'damikattu' and the persons who took this video. nice going!
