For Bollywood / Nepali Movie Releases in different Formats like Untouched DVD/DVD5 /DVDRips in small sizes - bwtorrents google it . For English - iptorrents/demonoid . Remember don't leech off from unsecured Trackers you might get into Problems .

Just click the "download" button. The button is red in color sometimes. Then, after the file gets downloaded, open it up and use the "play" button from the player to play it. Also, if you need to go pee while you are watching it, do not hold the pee for a long time, as it might affect your kidney. Therefore, click on the play button again to pause it. You can continue watching it after pressing the play button after your done peeing.
My friend, i totally understand that this world is wayy too complicated for people like you and me to survive. BTW, kun "darpan chaya" bhanne movie herna lagya ho?
