Does anyone know what are the checks that an employer company does when they say back ground check??? what are the sources they get their information from??
Any one who knows about it??

I think background could be criminal bg check ,previous employment verification, even reference verification , education verification depending on the job you applied, and it's done mostly by third party ,you can even ask the copy of it and explain if there's anything if needed.good luck
