non-immigrant b1 visitor visa can travel any time between 5 year visa validity period there is no restriction. it is multiple entry also ....

Punter is 100% correct. My parents got VISA (B1) for my graduation in MAY, 2011. They came here only in OCT 2014 (first time) without any issues. Congratulations Dukhimanche1
