Guys, I applied asylum in 2014 ( came here in 2008 : never went back). I married my wife ( who is a United States Citizen) and withdrew my pending asylum case. Got my interview scheduled. Not sure if the withdrawn asylum case will be a big deal during the interview. I was always in a status. Please share your thoughts. -BatchMan

मैले चिनेको एक जनाले हरियो पत्ता भएकी संग बिहे गरेको थियो | दोश्रो पल्ट छिर्दा गदबढ भएर पछि सरनार्थी हुन् पुगे | उनका वकिलले Extension मात्रै गरे , अन्त्यमा उनकी श्रीमतीले नागरिकता लिए पछि तेता बात हरियो पत्ता लिए | उनले सरनार्थी को withdraw गरे गरेनन थाहा भएन | Immigration वकिल , आफु बसेको सहरमा इम्मिग्रेशन सम्बन्धि सहयोग गर्ने सस्था हरुमा फोन मारे बताई दिई हाल्छन नि | मैले लेखेको नेपालि नबुझेर साझा बाट निकाल्नु पर्छ भन्ने निकै निक्लिए अंग्रेजी को कुरै नगरौ | एउटाले Inbox फेरि जनाकारी दिई सके | अनि ब्रो ले " I married my wife" लेखु भएको सम्झन पुगे |

If they asked just tell them you withdrew case because you stopped getting threats. Tell them only if they ask otherwise just keep quiet. And if they ask don't lie about asy case. Tell them u filed because you were getting threats and you stopped because it stopped. If they ask why it stopped tell them I DON'T KNOW. No need to consult lawyer for such small thing. You can paypal me lawyer fee lol
