dont hire a lawyer they all sucks like tapeworm........it usually takes 4-5years to bring your spouse and if you become citizen it will take 2 months. it will take 5year and 3 months to become citizen, so calculate and do your best. best of luck..

Yes if you apply for green card for you wife, while she's still in nepal. it will take 4-5 yrs. she cant come here untill she gets a green card at the US consulate in Nepal.

I am sure in her passport it still says, single...so get the I 20,and make her apply for the student visa.

she doesnt have to mention that she's married, and once or if she gets the visa, she can come here and get married to you, it will still take the same time, for her green card, but you'll still be with her.
