I have found a awesome place to move into in mid January 2008. its a 2 bedroom. the rent is gonna be 1420 plus utilities (which would be divided equally between me and the person living there). I'm looking for one another person to sign a lease with at the place.

Abt the place: its very close to the rosslyn metrostation (7 mins walk literrally), safeway and other stores are within a 5 minute walking distance. U would’nt need a car to get around. The donwnside of the place is that its not as fancy as the new places (a bit run down) and it does'nt have central AC(has window units and heaters) . However, fot the location and price its an unbeatable deal.

Abt me: mid 20's professional (male) who's working at a university in DC. Quite but very sociable I’m very respectful of others and their personal stuff (obviously would expect the same out of the other person).

The ideal roommate would be someone around my age range, who's working and who is not a party animal.
