Hello all
Does anybody have idea about the documents required from the employer's side?
My company is about to hire a lawyer and now he is asking for the Company Annual Report and Federal Tax Return for the past 3 years. So, people in my company are feeling uncomfortable about passing out the financial information to the lawyers. Is this mandatory of we can just give the figures of net and gross income inaddition to TAX ID number.Thanks.

Hi danphe
You don't necessarily need to submit to file H-1. The only documents you need from your employer is the
- Job offer letter
- Company Support Letter
- Company's Subcontractor Agreement or Purchase order (if any)
- Company Brochure (if Any)
Tha't's all you need
