i'm flying back to nepal this tuesday. i've never went back before. i wonder if i could take three laptops with me in my handcarry. my friend said i might get in trouble back in ktm airport. could you guys please suggest me what should i do? thank u

i don't think so, carrying 3 laptops in a hand carry is a good idea... u can keep two in the luggage and carry one with u.... but can't say, u might get trouble in TIA but the chances is least, if u r student...

be cafeful on keeping the laptop in luggage as they throw the luggage a lot and i have heard that TIA officials try to steal stuff from your luggage a lot.

it's a 50-50 thing for students as I see. the custom in KTM  may or mayn't object depending upon their mood, weather in KTM (since it has some impact on mood),  ghadi--palaa or Time (since it has some positive/negative astrological effects on mood of the custom officers), flow, traffic and all...

if they catch you carrying 3 laptops, they would probably not spare you credits for being a "student". More so now as the new governement have made things stricter for people carrying more stuffs (electronics especially)

in suammary, i would say: take just one or else carry them all but at your own risk (of having to pay the tax for all but one)
