I don't know much about MBA program in Miami University but I heard its a decent college. And I heard there are decent number of Nepali students studying. It falls under one of the top 100 univeristy of US. Regarding assistantship talk with MBA faculty. Assitantship normally is competitive and also depends upon your academic and professional background. I hope this helps.
